Hawkers of SG #51 

I started this hawker stall as I noticed that there were not many offerings for Mexican food in Singapore, especially the Central Business District (CBD) area. Meeting this need, I decided to cater to the crowd by opening a Mexican food stall. 

My recipe is unique because most stalls or restaurants used diced salsa mix whereas mine is purely tomato purée. I haven’t seen many Mexican food offering puréed tomatoes so far. 

Previously, it catered to many caucasians, but I’m glad that our business has expanded and now more locals are trying out Mexican cuisine. My food is affordable and I hope that one day, I will be able to open a shop in shopping malls selling Mexican food so that many people will be able to eat it as well.
