I used to make salmon bowls at home and experiment with different flavours for myself. That’s when I decided I wanted to run my own food stall. Even though the cuisine and food quality is not Hawker Centre, I took a stall in Amoy to reduce the cost and sell salmon bowls at a cheaper price.

Big Bowls Project is only 3 months old, it has been an exciting journey till now. We got featured in quite a few articles and that really helped us a lot!

I’m starting to expand the menu options in hopes that the business will grow just like the bigger chains. Social media plays a big part in building a brand these days. .
