We are 4 friends who are passionate about food and culinary. Ironically, burgers are actually not our forte, we are trained chefs in fine dining restaurants, specialising in French cuisine.

When we first started out, we just knew the basics of burger making. In order to make sure that the best recipe is picked (all 4 of us are very particular about the food we make), each of us made our own burger with different recipe and then conducted a blind tasting session to pick the best! It is not an easy task to have 4 chefs working together!

We are focusing on small scale for now. Only when the demand is enough we will think of opening chains. One day when we become successful, we’ll tell our story – we started at a hawker centre , humble beginnings but big dreams
